Adapting Training to the Individual

There is no point setting a training schedule for someone that is too hard leaving them unable to recover from it properly or setting a schedule that greatly increases their risk of injury. Everybody has different stresses in their life that impacts on their ability to recover from workouts. As a result training needs to be tailored to the individual and their lifestyle. We really try to focus on this at Central Performance and be flexible in our approach to ensure people enjoy the training process but also get maximum benefit from their time with us.
