City 2 Surf Runners!


Power up for your best run with a personalised running coaching session and training plan. This dynamic 75-minute session has 2 parts;

1. Running Technique Assessment


In this part of the session you will have your running form analysed and start making changes right away on how to improve.
– screen for any technical elements holding back from achieving your best
– identify risk factors for potential injury when load increases
– understand what it really FEELS like to run with correct form

2. Two Month City2Surf Running Training Plan


In the second part of the session we will get all the information we need to prepare your personalised week-by-week training program for the City 2 Surf.
– your personalised program will be specific to your goals and the time you have available for training
– train for maximal results with minimal risk
– understand the different training zones & using easy runs, threshold intervals & higher intensity intervals throughout your weekly training plan

The session is ideal for beginner to regular runners, including those doing the City 2 Surf for the first time. It is also great for returning runners who are looking to improve their time.

Your coach for the session is Ben Liddy, our Head Of Running Performance. He is one of the few certified Level 4 World Athletics Running Coaches in Australia. He works with athletes from beginner and recreational level right up to training Australian and Olympic athletes.
