You Need Strength, Range & Power To Run Well & Reduce Injury

Being able to consistently run at your best and avoid injury relies on more than just good running gait and training programs. It also relies on your body having the capacity to absorb the loads during running, and having the ability to hold great running form for extended times. This is where your strength, power, and range of motion come in.

What Happens In Your Running Performance Screen Session?

One of our team will guide you through a series of tests that measure important variables for runners. These include;

– Strength

– Plyometrics: VALD ForceDecks

– Plyometrics: Track

– Neuro-muscular Control & Balance

– Range of Motion

The session will take about 50 minutes.

Please note: this is not a running gait assessment on a treadmill. This session tests the main areas of your strength, power and range of motion that you need to run well and reduce injury. For information on our running gait assessment click here.

How Do I Get My Results?

You will be given your results in a personalised report, alongside benchmark scores. This allows you to see where you’re going well, and what you need to work on. This will be available shortly after your session.

When Are The Sessions?

Sessions will be held in early September. Times will be finalised based on demand. See below to register your preference.
