Your Guide to Ergonomics – Correct Desk & Workplace Set-Up

If you work at a desk then setting your workstation up correctly is very important to prevent neck & back pain, shoulder & elbow pain, headaches & wrist pain. Incorrect desk set-up & office furniture can increase the stress placed on muscles in the neck & shoulders, & slouching can cause regular back pain. Poor posture at work is also a surprisingly common cause of headaches, & tennis elbow is often caused by using a mouse extensively with poor arm alignment.
