Your Guide to Ergonomics – Correct Desk and Workplace Set-Up

If you work at a desk then setting your workstation up correctly is very important to prevent neck and back pain, shoulder and elbow pain, headaches and wrist pain. Incorrect desk set-up and office furniture can increase the stress placed on muscles in the neck and shoulders, and slouching can cause regular back pain. Poor posture at work is also a surprisingly common cause of headaches, and tennis elbow is often caused by using a mouse extensively with poor arm alignment.
